Role Overview

The Midlevel Learning & Development Specialist Suizidprävention will work remotely in a temporary position until 31.12.2026, 40 hours/week. The role involves developing and implementing training materials, workshops, and E-Learning content for Early Suicid Prevention. The specialist will work in an agile, interdisciplinary team and be responsible for coordinating events, collecting KPIs, and ensuring the quality of internal psychological education and qualification offers.

What You Will Do

Daily tasks include answering comments and questions about E-Learning, reviewing and processing feedback and proposals, updating and adapting existing materials, and developing new training materials. The specialist will also organize expert consultations, further develop internal E-Learning, and standardize training documents according to current scientific standards.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (e.g. Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work or comparable)
  • Professional experience (at least 2-3 years) in the fields of training, qualification, E-Learning or knowledge management
  • Professional expertise in the field of Early Suicid Prevention, De-escalation and digital counseling
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of workshops as well as in the development of training materials
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Experience in working with E-Learning platforms and digital learning formats
  • Structured working method, high level of initiative and pleasure in working together in an agile, interdisciplinary team
