🧭 Navigating the position: Senior FullStack (.Net/React) Developer
The Senior FullStack (.Net/React) Developer is based in Romania and is fully remote, reporting to Technical Technology Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Software Applications:

Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications using .NET, cloud and related technologies.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js
Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.

Collaboration and Support:

Work with project leaders, product owners, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing UI/UX designs
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems.
Offer support to end-users of the application, by troubleshooting and problem solving.

Continuous Improvement:

Educational Attainment

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with modern development practices is highly valued

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required

8+ years in commercial development.
Strong technical expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming.
Proven experience in client-side (frontend) development with a strong focus on React.js
Practical experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with TypeScript and its application in frontend development
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
Good understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming.
Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses, and message queues.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MS SQL Server, MongoDB)
Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Excellent communication, teamwork, detail-oriented, and analytical skills
