Role Overview

You will take over the technical leadership of our agile development team and accompany your colleagues as a sparring partner, mentor, and impulse giver on their development path. You will spend about half of your time on team leadership and promote the strategic use of KI-Coding-Tools in the developer's daily work.

What You Will Do

You will actively participate in the conception, development, and documentation of our software solutions based on Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. You will drive KI-supported coding in the team forward and develop clear guidelines with your colleagues for an efficient and future-proof AI-first workflow.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You bring in-depth practical knowledge of Ruby on Rails and ideally also experience with Vue.js. You have already taken on technical leadership or intensively accompanied development teams and know how to motivate, strengthen, and further develop people professionally.

Requirements

in-depth practical knowledge of Ruby on Rails
